Hi, my name is Uri Shaked Reshef.

I was the head chef  at ''Keyara'' restaurant in Jerusalem

for five years since it's opening until september 2011.

I was also the head chef at ''Gabriel'' restaurant in

Jerusalem.

I have many years of experience in various cuisines and a 


deep working knowledge of gourmet cooking.

I am offering the kosher community an opportunity to enjoy

a unique meal, cooked to the highest standard that brings the

flavors and finesse of a fine dining experience.

My sous-chef and myself will cook at your kitchen meals for

the Holidays, celebratory dinners or a feast for any occasion.
